🔐 Lost, Stolen or Damaged Bin?
If your bin goes missing, is vandalised, or is seriously damaged, a £40 replacement fee will apply. We recommend storing bins securely where possible.
🚫 What NOT to Put in Your Domestic Bin:
To keep everything running smoothly and legally, please don’t place the following in your bin:

Large metal objects

Hot ashes or BBQ coals

Dead animals or sharp medical waste
If it’s dangerous, unusually heavy, or should be recycled separately, it probably doesn’t belong in your bin.
