Convenient & Reliable Bin Collections

We offer regular, hassle-free bin collections, so your extra bin is always emptied on time. With prompt collections and local support, you can say goodbye to overflowing bins and last-minute tip runs.

  • How do I sign up for regular bin collection?
    You can easily sign up online through our website. Just choose your service, enter your details, and set up automated payments. Once signed up, you’ll receive an SMS collection reminders.
  • Can I use my own bin?
    Yes! You’re welcome to use your own bin. Just note that we aren’t responsible for any damages to personal bins during collection. Alternatively, you can rent a bin from us for £20 per year.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We currently cover Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Bridgend, Caerphilly and surrounding areas across South Wales. If you're unsure, just contact us to check coverage for your location.
  • What items can I book for one-off collection?
    You can book items like bin emptying, fridges, mattresses, sofas, white goods, and bulky household furniture. Just head to our “Book a Collection” page, select your items, and choose your preferred pickup date.
  • How do payments work?
    For regular bin collections, payments are automated via subscription. For one-off bulky item removals, payments are made securely online at checkout. We accept all major debit/credit cards via Stripe.
  • Do I need to be home during collection?
    No, you don’t need to be home. Just ensure your bins or items are placed in the agreed collection spot before your scheduled time.
  • What happens if my collection is missed?
    In the unlikely event we miss your collection, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a return collection at no extra cost.
  • Is Pro Clear licensed to handle waste?
    Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured for all residential and commercial waste handling, including bulky items and commercial contracts.
